Your hatred of your body has nothing to do with your body.

Somewhere along your journey through life, you acquired negative associations with something you can never get rid of - your body. This makes life a prison. I hope you know that you are not alone in feeling this way, and you are not doomed to always feel this way.

How you see yourself often reflects how you see the world, and vice versa. Somewhere in your life something happened that hurt you. Something frightened you, left you with what appear to be irreparable scars - and then your body became a dangerous place for you... So, we need to go back to that place and heal those wounds.

Underneath your critical self-perception is pain - fear, anger and sadness - that you have not yet digested. This raises the question: what difficult experiences in your life are you running away from feeling?

Our goal when working with these exercises is to look at the shadows of your own body perception, understand their source, develop self-compassion and follow a new path of patience, self-love and unconditional self-acceptance.
